Which parts of Hong Kong do you visit?

My Body regularly visits clients on Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. If you live further afield, there may be an additional travel fee. Please contact us to discuss.

How do I make an appointment?

Simply call My Body on 9186 6551. If we can’t speak with you right away, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Alternatively, email info@mybody.com.hk or fill in our contact enquiry form. As parking in Hong Kong can be tricky, we always appreciate if you can provide local parking suggestions close to your home.

How long will my appointment take?

We will need 5-10 minutes before and after your appointment to set up/pack up. This is in addition to your allotted treatment time.

  • Physiotherapy assessment/treatment – 40 minutes
  • Pilates/exercise session – 40 minutes
  • Long pilates/exercise session – 60 minutes

How much does an appointment cost?

Can I claim through my healh insurance?

Many health insurance policies cover physiotherapy but the requirements and coverage between companies vary. Please ensure you are aware of your policy conditions, (for example, providing a doctor’s referral). You will need to process the claim directly with your insurer.

How do I pay for my appointment?

Payment is due at the conclusion of your appointment. We accept cash, cheque (made out to KTPT Limited) and Visa/Mastercard.

Do I need to provide anything?

No, you don’t need anything for your appointment. We just need a small space to set up (about 2m x 2m) and we will take care of the rest. We even have specialised cushions to accommodate growing bellies or tender breasts!

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement (shorts and a t-shirt is best).

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We prefer 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. For cancellations within 24 hours, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee or the full fee if you are not home at the scheduled appintment time.

What happens in the event of a
Typhoon Signal 8 or Black Rainstorm Signal?

In the event of a T8 or black rainstorm signal, appointments will be cancelled until the signal is downgraded. We will contact you to arrange rescheduling of your appointment.

Do you treat men too?

Of course! Whilst we do focus on women’s health, our therapists are first and foremost musculoskeletal therapists, with extensive experience treating sporting injuries, neck and back pain and many other musculoskeltal conditions. Contact us to see how we can help you.
